- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience leading finance process and systems transformation initiatives.
- Experience leading the complete Record to Report and Management Reporting processes (e.g., internal and external reporting, allocations, GAAP accounting, month end close, FP&A planning and forecasting, and financial controls).
- Experience in project management, overseeing cross-functional programs, and with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodology.
- Experience presenting to a range of stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of SAP, SAP FICA, EWM, EAM, Ariba, Vertex, and related systems, emerging technologies, and process improvement techniques.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
- Passion for innovation, collaboration, and leadership.
