Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience as a Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability, or Product Engineer.
Experience in new site/line/equipment bring up/transfer and qualification.
Experience with SMT and box build manufacturing processes, and using tools such as Valor and Allegro to perform Design For Excellence (DFx).
Experience with development of PCBA manufacturing processes including acceptance testing, startup, and qualification.
Experience in project engineering, overseeing NPI operational readiness (L6-L10).
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience developing solid, effective technical relationships with contract manufacturers/vendors.
Experience with a Product Data Management (PDM) tool (e.g., SAP, Agile, Windchill).
Familiarity with manufacturing best practice (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) and new product development.
Ability to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous process improvements working with cross-functional teams, contract manufacturers, and suppliers.
Ability to communicate well with multi-geo teams, collaborate to achieve project goals, contribute to the engineering community, and manage complex projects spanning multiple technologies.
