As an Engineering Project Coordinator, you will coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective project coordination. You will also provide high-level administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success of the team.

You will report directly to our Sr. Director Engineering, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, have an impact on the company's success by ensuring the successful execution and delivery of complex engineering projects as well as processing and end to end purchase order tracking. Additionally, you will provide support to other engineering staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage purchase requisitions and end to end purchase order management in SAP
  • Coordinate site visits, meetings, and office floorplan
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Support purchasing requirements for the engineering team via purchasing card
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and documents
  • Handle outgoing shipping for Engineering when required
  • Manage Central Supply for Engineering
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or engineering support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
