The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As aManufacturing Engineer -

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading EHS activities, MOC process change management
• Participating in Kaizen events
• Participating in projects regarding improve safety, quality, productivity, service and cost
• Actively participating in the day-to-day operations specifically daily tier process
• Supporting production on daily basis with creating and updating standard work, operating procedures and test methods

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• Past experience
  in engineering and/or manufacturing and/or EHS
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Swedish and English is required

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience with EHS & Compliance work tasks
• Experience leading and/or coordinating teams and activities from planning to completion
• Proactive mindset with the ability to develop processes and projects

Job specifics:

• Location Information: 3M Sweden, Varnamo plant
• On-site based
• Working pattern: full time
