Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will adapt global SLS Marketing Strategy to CEE needs and executes Marketing Strategy for Specialty Laboratory Solutions (Hematology/Urinalytics) and work cross functionally with other team members from CEE Marketing
  • You will develop the Marketing plan for Specialty Laboratory Solutions that determines the focus areas for the Fiscal Year for the CEE countries (GTM considerations, pricing, communication incl. events, product launches, commercial KPIs).
  • You will develop portfolio value propositions and will drive implementation in CEE countries.
  • You will create full market transparency by market mapping, maximizing market coverage in CRM and support efforts to determine market sizes and market shares.
  • You will prepare product line specific and if needed customer segment specific marketing material to be used by e.g.Country Business Leads, Marketing Managers, Country Sales, Product Experts
  • You will update and educate all stakeholders on product line news relevant for CEE; this includes presentations in regular SLS-Townhall meetings and product line dedicated training to Sales and teams of product experts.
  • You will serve as 1st and only point of contact for Global Marketing for e.g. guidance needed from countries, requests regarding business cases or product line development in CEE.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a university degree in Science or Business Management or equivalent
  • You have significant experience of working in the Clinical Diagnostics Marketplace, with experience of marketing and communicating to customers
  • Prior experience in managing a product line within the Diagnostics field is a Must-have
  • You possess profound knowledge of the IVD market
  • You have deep technical and/or scientific knowledge in the responsible product lines
  • You have successfully done a formal marketing training e.g., certificate or diploma in Marketing or equivalent relevant experience

Your attributes and skills:

  • You have fluent English language skills, any additional languages spoken in CEE are a plus
  • You have excellent presentation skills across various levels and functions
  • You have experience of managing and leading without authority
  • You are open to global travel up to 30%.
