to theDirector, who has overall responsibility for ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements impacting ourengagements, you willassistengagement teams with activities related to the coordination, information sharing and monitoring to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. The successful candidate will be a strong team player and have excellent planning and project management skills, including using time management skills to be used in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Your key responsibilities
- Assist with operational and administrative duties associated withEY-Parthenonengagements, including but not limited to maintenance of case management systems, analysis of client data, record management and assisting with monitoring of upcoming internal and statutory deadlines.
- Liaise withEY-Parthenonengagement teams to ensure timely collection of data for compliance with legal and regulatory deadlines in formal insolvency and restructuring appointments including, but not limited to, FATCA, CRS, Economic Substance and Beneficial Ownership filing requirements.
- AssistEY-Parthenonengagement teams in onboarding requirements for new clients and engagements, which includes the collection and review of required client documentation and due diligence.
- Maintenance and monitoring of various government portals for submission of filings.
- Assist theEY-ParthenonDirector and internal resources with preparation of data responsive to external regulator requests.
- AssistEY-Parthenonengagement teams with the preparation of Know Your Customer (KYC) packs ahead of stakeholder distributions in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop an understanding ofEY-Parthenonteam service offerings within the BBC and application of internal policies.

To qualify for the role you must have
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant administrative or operations experience in a corporate or financial services organization; prior experience working in public accounting firm or compliance role would be an asset
- CAMS qualification or equivalent preferred (but not essential)
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

- Ability to adapt to use of EY software applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, as overtime will be required during peak periods
