As a Senior Manager in our Valuation, Modeling and Economics (VME) team, you’ll play a strategic leadership role in delivering high-impact insights for complex transactions. You’ll lead a diversely talented, highly experienced team and work at the forefront of high-profile engagements, helping our sophisticated clients make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage valuation engagements across a variety of industries and purposes including financial reporting, M&A, tax, and litigation.
- Oversee the development of complex financial models and valuation analyses, ensuring accuracy and strategic relevance.
- Guide teams in applying valuation theories and methodologies, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Collaborate across service lines within Strategy and Transactions to deliver integrated solutions.

To Qualify, You Must Have- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of valuation experience, preferably within a professional services or Big 4 environment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading valuation engagements and managing client relationships.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Commitment to pursuing or holding a relevant professional designation (e.g., CFA, CBV, ASA/AM).
Ideally, You’ll Also Have- A completed professional designation such as CFA, CBV, ASA/AM.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior professionals.
- Exposure to cross-border or international valuation engagements.
