• Perform construction activities throughout the Gigafactory Berlin tosupport the Construction Team in the completion of their projects

• Escalate topics to Construction Team.

• Assembly and construction works with services skills in:

- Mechanical assembly

- Welding support

- Plumbing water connections /any other

- Measurements for steel / othermanufacturing

- Air connections / pneumaticpiping

- Transport / logistic /cleaning

- Unloading heavy equipment /material

- Assembly of partitionwalls

- Assembly of fencing / anyother protections

- Assembly / disassembly /rework steel structure according to documentation

- Painting of the steelstructure and mineral surfaces

- Installation of lintel’s

- Installation of foil curtains/ tarpaulin

• Licenses for use of the following machines

- Forklift

- Crane

- Telehandler (Manitou)

- Scissor lifter

- Claw booster

- Spider crane

• Technical Field and/or evidence of exceptional experience in construction works preferably in industrial environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines and aggressive goals.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and night shifts
• For Foreman role:
• Fluent communication skills in English (German would be considered as a plus)
• Leading skills of Handymen team
• Constant reporting to the Construction Team of progress and blocking points
• Proactivity to bring up technical solutions to issues faced on the field.
• Organization of the working shifts and activities plan
• Ability to read technical drawings and execute it according to the standards
