Assisting in consolidating benefit and perks programs.
Developing hire and onboarding processes.
Creating standard, high-quality processes to enhance employee engagement across various HR areas such as hiring, onboarding, team events, training and development, and performance management.
Providing ongoing support for HR and payroll needs.
Supporting different sites within Germany and diverse types of employees, including German and European citizens, as well as relocating employees.
Collaborating closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Working closely with various functions in Germany and at headquarters, including HR staff, business HR teams, employee experience, HRIS, operations and facilities, legal, and payroll.

Bachelor's degree in HR, business management, or social science domains.
Expertise in German HR laws.
Experience in designing and executing HR processes.
At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the hi-tech industry.
Ability to cultivate strong relationships and influence various stakeholders within the organization.
Proactive, capable of multitasking, and independently prioritizing tasks.
Adaptability and resilience in navigating dynamic environments.
