About the role:
As a RhythmCARETMSenior Remote Services Specialistyou will provide global industry-leading technical support to Boston Scientific field personnel, clinicians, patients, and other internal customerson our service technology productsassisting in troubleshooting, problem-solving and assessment of product operation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide 24x7 global industry-leading technical support to customers via multiple communication pathways (phone, fax, email, etc.).
- Utilize extensive product knowledge, advanced troubleshooting skills, and thorough understanding of clinical applications to analyze and assess product operation and make recommendations for optimal product management.
- Educate, support, and train customers through phone consultation, training programs, written correspondence, and general field assistance.
- Document and evaluate customer inquiries, comments, and concerns.
- Achieve and maintain proficiency in market-released and future products.
- Achieve and maintain a working knowledge of clinical product operation.
- Create relevant technical publications and reference materials.
- Participate in pre-market-release technical evaluation of products.
- Maintain up-to-date general industry knowledge, including current Investigational studies and preliminary results.
- Demonstrate leadership and provide training to less experienced staff, and mentor new employees.
- May perform additional individual contributor tasks.
What we’re looking for in you:
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
- Prior experience as a Boston Scientific Sales Representative or Field Clinical Representative/Specialist (FCR/FCS)
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years of direct experience
- Technical experience with LATITUDE Consult and/or Heart Connect products
- Demonstrated record of strong technical problem solving and a focus on advocating for and empathizing with our patients
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills.
