ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team is looking for system support engineer with good understanding and knowledge in IT infra, Web Service, Web development, Database (Oracle and SQL Server). Work closely with factory and internal IT team for business running.

• Provide IT MFG support over all means of communication to users in SDSS factory site.
• Resolve issues and handle requests reported.
• IT MFG incident management and RC follow up.
• Perform escalation and workflow procedures.
• System monitor and alert operation.
• System / Automation application development.
• Document on requirement and specification.
• Provide support documentation and training to 24 * 7 internal application support team.

REQUIRED:

• Require Bachelor degree and above in Computer Technology or related major.
• Require good written and verbal English/Mandarin.
• Require good communication skills with other groups.
• Proactive and a team player.
• Candidate must be willing to work on shift (24 x 7).
• Willing to work on shift (working time will be determine).
• Preferable experience: 2-3 years experiences in semiconductor factory environment.

SKILLS:

• Knowledge of Windows/Linux OS and operation,
• Knowledge of basic network, hardware.
• Knowledge of XML, Web Service.
• Knowledge of SQL databases
• Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript as a plus
• Knowledge of .net (C#/VB) / Java programming as a plus.
• Have Experience/Knowledge on semiconductor factory IT application support operation will be an advantage.
