Job Functions

• Implement, update, and maintain Windows 10/11 endpoints using Intune and SCCM , including policies, profiles, and applications.
• Design and implement Autopilot deployment solutions for Windows 11 devices.
• Configure and manage device enrollment, compliance policies, and conditional access policies.
• Develop and implement automation solutions using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
• Monitor and report on endpoint management solution performance and troubleshoot issues as necessary.
• Evaluate new Intune features and capabilities and make recommendations for their adoption.
• Create reports and collections using SQL queries and Power BI .

Primary Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SCCM infrastructure in a global enterprise.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Intune administration.
• Experience with Co-Management , Autopilot , Windows Update for Business .
• Experience with SCCM OSD .
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access policies.
• Excellent PowerShell scripting knowledge.
• Highly competent in SQL and Power BI to develop queries and reports as needed.
• Good technical writing, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage projects and other tasks under minimal supervision.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, global, collaborative environment.
