What You’ll Do:
This person will be assigned to client engagements and will primarily focus on the consultation and delivery of SAP Sales & Service Cloud functionality. Responsible for delivery outcomes of assigned projects/engagements and work as part of a team and/or independently within the given area of responsibility. Provide leadership, direction and consultative advice regarding SAP Sales and Service Cloud best practice; lead creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases, platforms, devices, and brands. Ability to present design approach to a non-design audience (business, product, and technology teams). Identify future opportunities, working as a key thought partner to your counterparts in services, partner ecosystem, and the client. Understand SAP products and technologies to communicate to stakeholders. Keep check of design trends for different platforms.
- Hands-on experience in design, build (configure and code), test and deployment of SAP Sales & Service Cloud both V1 and V2 for business areas including CRM, Lead-to-Cash, Opportunity & Acct. Management, Retail Execution, Customer Service Management, etc.
- Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to conceptualize and create stand-out solution and implementation strategies using the SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions to help solve the customer business needs and problems
- Proficient in SAP Sales and Service Cloud process configurations, offline configurations, code list mappings, Key User Tool and UI Concepts (screen configuration, layouts, business roles)
- Experience working with other CRM technologies with a good functional knowledge of Sales and Service processes
- Experience in SAP Sales and Service Cloud (V1/V2) In-App and side by side extension builds using the BTP Extension framework
- Experience in Cloud integrations between SAP and Sales and Service Cloud and ECC/S4HANA, other ERPs, BTP IS, other CX Solutions (Commerce, Marketing, Analytics Cloud, etc.)
- Lead to Cash business use case implementation experience
- Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust as key advisors
- Ability to do fit-gap analysis on business requirements related to sales and service areas
- Help license sales and other stakeholders establish the business case for the SAP(Sales & Service) cloud technology solution recommended to the client
- Ability to extend the architecture with customizations, extensions and partner ecosystem applications (E.g, MindTouch, SAP Contact Center, Synch, Annex Cloud, Vertex, etc.)
- Knowledge of S4HANA/ECC will be preferred

- Able to control and lead large teams of developers sourced from our global delivery at scale teams operating in different global timezones
- Core understanding of Industry processes pertaining to use of Sales and Service solutions
- Solid understanding of key languages and frameworks such as ABAP, ABSL, Pytho
- Minimum 5 full life cycle implementation for SAP Sales and Service Cloud
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with configuring SAP Sales & Service Cloud process solutions
- Prior experience as a team member of a CRM software related successful project implementation
- Degree in computer science, design, or related field.
