What you'll do... As a Staff Product Manager, you will own various aspects of new product development and market tests, centered to solve international market problems through emerging technologies.
What you will do:
- Continuous engagement with market stakeholders to understand key pain points to define opportunities
- Explore and leverage cutting edge technologies to transform store operations, associate, and customer experiences (CV / AI / IoT / AR / Robotics)
- Collaborate with engineers to turn the product opportunity into product vision, and drive the voice of the customer to establish the market test's development priority and scope
- Develop requirement docs, prioritize initiatives, conduct interviews and lab tests, and execute on delivering initiatives from ideation to launch
- Engage with key market stakeholders to define the product's criteria of success and develop a working plan for a successful transition to scale
- Take ownership of the product to drive the overall product strategy, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and the rest of the product portfolio
- Develop business cases that clearly define the problem, opportunity, and proposed solution with costs, benefits, expected ROI, roadmap, and risks
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and use your influencing skills to prioritize and execute on your vision

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
