Objectives:

• Leverage Citi Supply Chain expertise to identify and evaluate practical process improvement opportunities and design efficiencies including simplification of approval flows, elimination of manual touch points
• Manages the update of process documents for assigned process areas
• Drives the reduction of process exceptions
• Conducts process reviews to ensure standards are adhered to and drives exception elimination
• Drives the implementation of process related initiatives such as OPRF, Capacity Planning
• Create change management plans
• Collaborate with SCO Systems Operations and technology teams to plan, deliver and adopt tool enhancements

Requirements:

• 5 years plus experience working in project management, execution and delivery
• Bachelors Degree (Masters Preferred)
• Strong accounting experience (CPA preferred)
• Strong communication and executive presentation background
• Project Management Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
