What you will bring to the table
2 years minimum experience in recruiting and managing a highly successful and talented quota carrying direct software sales team, while driving them towards success.
3-5 years in-field, quota-carrying IC experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on closing net new logos.
Top 10% performer both as an individual contributor and Manager, Results oriented, with a track record of overachievement (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, Leader of the Year etc.).
Demonstrated ability to grow accounts through pipeline generation into new business areas, and run a complex sales process.
A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
Skilled in building business champions.
Driven and competitive. Possess a strong desire to be successful.
Fluency in English and Hebrew is essential.
Advantage: experience selling into the local startup / scale-up Israel market
