Manage delivery of customer software – license generation, asset creation while working with multiple departments across the business while managing customer data.
Improve efficiency within CyberArk global delivery operations by implementing and maintaining consistent and scalable processes and building and maintaining customer products data base.
Support internal teams with operations-related questions and inquiries.
Process documentation and maintain knowledge base of operations processes.
Manage high volume peak periods (end of quarter and fiscal year).
Work closely with multiple departments across the business to ensure quality processes.
Qualifications
Experience in managing multiple processes in a high-volume environment.
Experience in managing post-sale processes.
Prior experience of 1-2 years in a SaaS company
Self-learner with the ability to prioritize tasks, with a strong emphasis on working as part of a team
Working knowledge of Salesforce
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audience
