Your key responsibilities

• Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product innovation and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Conduct market research, user interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and refine product features.
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on data-driven decision-making and customer feedback.
• Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and release cycles, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Lead design initiatives, including UI/UX design, prototyping, and user testing, to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across products.

Soft Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in design, product management, or related field.
• 9-13 years of experience in product management, design leadership, and agile methodologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving product success.

• Ability to influence and inspire teams to achieve project goals and deliver outstanding results.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, design, product management, or related field.
• 9-13 years of experience in product management, design leadership, and agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and development are essential for success in this role.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience leading product design and development for web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools, user testing methodologies, and design thinking principles.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative and iterative environment.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to translate complex ideas into simple and intuitive designs.
