As part of our GDS Consulting team, you will be part of Digital & Emerging team delivering to clients across regions.

Your key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Utilize AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others to build robust cloud solutions.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Integrate Azure DevOps with other tools and platforms to streamline development workflows.
• Design and implement containerized applications using Docker.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration, ensuring high availability and scalability of applications.
• Implement and manage service mesh technologies like Istio for advanced traffic management and security.
• Set up and manage monitoring and logging solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.
• Ensure the availability and performance of applications through proactive monitoring and incident management.
• Implement security best practices for cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Work closely with development teams to understand application requirements and provide necessary infrastructure support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, artifacts)
• Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization.
• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.).

To qualify for the role, you must have

• BE/BTech/MTech with a sound industry experience of 7 to 9 Years
• Certifications in Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Excellent communication skills with consulting experience preferred.
