As an ACD of Internal Communications, you will guide the teams through design concept development and collaborate closely with Editorial Leads, Designers, Producers, Photographers and Videographers to develop content strategies.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:- Lead and collaborate with visual designers, writers, experience designer and agencies to conceptualize ideas and co-direct teams to produce quality work.- Guide emerging designers in crafting meaningful and inspiring content.- Integrate strategies and messaging across existing and new communication mediums.- Develop and find new talent, plan and staff for an ongoing calendar of projects, and manage outside agencies and vendors for overflow projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must provide a creative portfolio or work samples.
- 12+ years of overall experience, including 3 years of experience managing projects in a creative-focused digital agency or in-house at a leading brand.
- Strong written and spoken English skills for effective communication with international team members.

- A global perspective with an awareness of the latest digital trends and works from around the world.
- Expertly direct the development of well-conceived, innovative creative content work that implements the content strategy and brief.
- Participate in creative reviews to ensure content is on brief and the narrative is integrated across all marketing materials.
- Communicate effectively with editorial and creative partners, business affairs and other members of the team.
- Direct photo shoots to create compelling photography and/or video content for Internal communications deliverables and campaigns.
- Ability to drive workflows, creative shares and schedules across multiple teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to get results throughout projects
- Cut through ambiguity to find the right path forward despite uncertainty or challenges
- Approach projects with a global perspective to ensure creative resonates in international markets
- Extremely detail oriented with extraordinary follow-through skills
- Approach problems flexibly and with a willingness to adapt in order to arrive at the best solution
- Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions

Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $179,000 and $269,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
