Job Description:

As a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Credit Office Analyst, you will provide concentrated focus on the proper execution of production support for several Underwriter’s across US Regions. The role will be key support in creating Financial Analysis to quicken Underwriting decisions. Requires excellent collaboration with the senior partners to ensure there is high visibility and awareness of job in progress.

Job responsibilities:

  • Perform review of personal financial statements and addendum received.
  • Create Pre-Underwriting Financial Analysis in system as per Credit guidelines.
  • Perform Variance Analysis basis the financial spreading done.
  • Key skills sets include familiarity with various loan documents, financial statements and reports.
  • Must be able to concurrently manage multiple efforts with competing timeframes and resources
  • Strong research, investigation and analytical skills on Financial Statements and key terms are desired.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting preferred.
  • 1 years-3 years of experience preferably in Banking/Mortgage/Financial Analysis/Pre-underwriting.
  • Candidate must be open to work in India evening / USA shifts.
  • Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stake-holders and across levels.
  • Ability to anticipate issues and escalate / clarify queries, work with limited supervision, receiving minimum instructions assignments.
  • Strong knowledge of MS-office suite of applications.
  • Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently from manager and/or team.
  • Must be an excellent team player, strong team leader, and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
