Asa Senior Production Scheduler here at Honeywell, you will be leading globallyacross the supply chain network to gather and manage information about ourbusinesses' capacity to meet customer demand. You will report directly to our[title] and you will work out of our Chandler, Arizona location on a hybridwork schedule.
In this role, you will impact and improve the supply chain planning &execution process within the manufacturing and production planning domain. Youwill execute the vision and goals for your Materials Planning function andmanage the people and processes to achieve excellence in SIOP, supply planning,inventory & replenishment planning management, and resolution of supplychain issues. As the Senior Production Scheduler, you will lead the activitiesrelated to the purchase of material, material planning, production planning,inventory control, and shipping/receiving. You will lead the development of AOPand STRAP, provide direction to your team to achieve organizational objectivesand drive functional excellence and continuous improvement. You will be aproven team leader and can lead complex global project teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and execute the monthly plan(SIOP) and all associated initiatives within the business to achieve on-timeshipments to meet internal and external customer needs.
• Drive efficiency across the supplychain through planning and forecasting material replenishment and a supplyschedule that anticipates and adapts to variable demand requirements in supportof the operating plan (SIOP).
• Strategize with the broader supplychain team on all opportunities to level-load the plan to drive improvements inservice, quality, inventory, on-time shipment & delivery, orderfulfillment, cycle time, capacity management, and growth.
• Anticipate and mitigate implicationsof problems and gaps to the plan (SIOP) and accurately communicate/escalate.
• Responsible for all Master Data atthe site for PeopleSoft ERP.
• Liaison between cross-functionaldepartments; i.e. Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, andManufacturing.
• Responsible for identifying areas forprocess improvement and development within all levels of the operation.
• Challenge current manufacturingstrategies to ensure that the best process and most customer-orientedstrategies are being utilized.
• Accountable for team key metrics:Inventory accuracy; safety stock; customer on-time delivery (OTTR); Drive rootcause and corrective actions.

YOU MUST HAVE • 6+ years' experience in Supply Chainwithin a manufacturing environment WE VALUE • Bachelor's Degree in MaterialsManagement, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, ProcurementLogistics, or Manufacturing
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Expert in material control systemssuch as MRP/SAP systems
• APICS or CPIM Certification
• Strong project management andproblem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and solve complexorganizational problems
• Ability to influence and collaboratewith all levels of the organization
• Expertise in leading/driving changeand mentorship for new leaders or peers
• Expertise across professionaldisciplines within the material management function
• Mentorship experience for new leadersor peers
