What you'll do:

• Participate in every facet of the product development process & contribute to strategic thinking, exploratory user research, concept testing, user journey maps, storyboards, low-to-high fidelity prototyping, hypothesis testing, usability studies and experimentation as needed to define the functionality of a product.
• Be responsible for theUser Experiencethroughout the development lifecycle, as well as continuously broadening your horizon on design methodologies, technologies, and upcoming trends.
• Closely work with fellow UX designers, Product Owners & engineering teams to ensure seamless user experience for our customers, across the portfolio of products.
• With the advent of Business AI, our teams strive to provide the best benefits for the users by embracing the classical & GenAI capabilities in our portfolio offerings. And hence the direct implications on rethinking the user & interaction design in our data-rich applications.
• Evangelize key UX concepts and drive internal UX initiatives by engaging the larger engineering & product teams and drive the design prerogatives within the organisation.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, User Experience Design or other related fields. Degree from a recognized Design school.
• You should be proficient with one of the industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Mural, etc.
• You have a portfolio that displays a spectrum of creative design solutions and have an excellent understanding of fundamental design principles, information architecture.
• Experienced in user research methodologies including generative and evaluative methods and how to apply user research at different stages of the product development cycle.
• You have work experience in Interaction (and Visual) Design, Product definition and design.
• You have professional experience with a strong UX and interaction design background, as well as a track record of shipping high quality software products.
• Any demonstrated experience with handling complex workflows in enterprise application is preferred.
• Fluency both written and spoken in English.
