Responsibilities:
  • Complete National Commercial Real Estate transactions from start to close; curative work, assemble, prepare and review closing documents; disburse funds; recorddocuments.
  • Ability to perform all tasks and functions of anAttorney &EscrowOfficer.
  • Ability to complete commercial resale, refinance, or builder escrowtransactions.
  • Ability to deposit escrow funds, prepare disbursements and balance all escrow relatedaccounts.
  • Effectively solicit escrow and title business from Realtors, lenders, builders, sellers, andbuyers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with individuals through social, professional, and community groups, which promote the goodwill of the Company and develop futurebusiness.
  • Conduct closings withClients
  • Obtain and maintain escrow and/or title business while adhering to all Company policies and Government regulations.
  • Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicablelaws.
  • Assist team as necessary and asdirected.
  • Perform general office functions as necessary. Perform other duties as required
Required Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor; active and current member of State Bar
  • 8+ years ofExperience
  • Escrow OfficerLicense
  • Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships
  • The ability to read, analyze and interpret complex legal documents
  • The ability to apply logic or legal principles to a wide variety of complex problems
  • Expert knowledge of the title insurance industry, including knowledge of its products, policies, and endorsements
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance coverage, and real estate terminology
Desire Qualifications:
  • Good organization skills and effectively managing complex commercial real estatetransactions
  • Effectively follow policies, procedures, and concepts within the titleindustry
  • Self-motivated team player with excellent customer service skills, professional written and oral communication skills, and the ability to maintain and develop clientrelationships
  • Knowledge of SoftPro Select a plus
  • Great time management skills
  • Outstanding work ethic with the ability to work in both team oriented and self-directed environments.
  • Detail-oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information.
