5+ years of hands-on experience managing in-store fixture deployments and digital technology programs within retail or reseller environments.
Proven ability to lead complex projects across departments/functions, including pilots, experimentation, and iterative improvement cycles.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and store staff, alongside strong verbal and written communication with ability to develop and deliver compelling keynote presentations for leadership.
Deep familiarity and proficiency with Apple hardware, software (macOS, iOS, iPadOS), and services (Apple Music, iCloud, etc.).
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university is preferred.
Proficient with macOS, iOS, iPadOS.
