Key Responsibilities
  • HR Project Management
  • Project Management: Partner with HR leadership to project manage strategic HR programs. Projects will be in key organizational and talent development spaces such as workforce planning and organizational health.
  • HR Operations: Partner with broader talent teams to ensure smooth execution and operation of key Netflix HR processes (e.g., compensation planning, 360 feedback) and specific talent practices.
  • HR Metrics:
  • Leverage and analyze people and organizational data to drive HR agenda and recommendations. Develop a framework to report on key HR metrics on a regular cadence, provide insights, and help with recommendations.
  • Provide data analysis support to HR Partners as needed
  • Cross-functional Logistics: Provide project support and track key programs in partnership with other teams such as recruiting, talent management, and HRBPs.
HR Partnership to the Business
  • Own the day-to-day HR partnership with assigned managers and employees on all talent matters.
  • Triage inquiries and connect questions to the appropriate subject-matter expert/team when necessary (e.g. Talent Experience and Operations (TEO), Talent Acquisition (TA), etc.)
  • Take the lead, and partner with the ER team on the facilitation of employee/ER matters (e.g., terminations & exits, long-term disability, LOAs)
  • Coach/guide managers on leadership effectiveness, inclusion & diversity, and organizational health.
  • Focus on key areas including talent experience, talent management, talent density, manager & team effectiveness, and Talent program delivery.

  • Possesses program management skills including planning work, prioritizing and managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, time management, and delivering results with tight deadlines.
  • Has excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to develop and execute a comprehensive and effective communication plan for project roll out across the organization. Ability to adjust style for various audiences to articulate complex issues clearly and succinctly.
  • Has proven ability to think and move quickly, manage multiple priorities, and make difficult tradeoffs to meet deadlines, especially in fast-paced ambiguous environments.
Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, business or related fields
  • Min of 3 years of experience in organizing, managing, and executing complex projects in various HR fields (organizational design, workforce planning, talent metrics)
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and proficient in Google Workspace platform including Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides.
  • Relevant Human Resources experience in partnering with managers on full employment lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Drives recommendations and prioritization
  • Experience in a complex, matrixed, global organization
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $80,000 - $280,000.
