We’re looking for an experienced, business-minded ARR Data Analyst to join our team and help drive visibility and clarity into our recurring revenue performance.This role is key in supporting strategic decision-making through data, and requires someone with a deep understanding of SaaS metrics and strong analytical skills.As an ARR Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the calculation, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting of ARR.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of revenue reporting. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of subscription-based business models.What You’ll DoOwn the tracking, validation, and reporting of ARR and other key SaaS metrics (NRR, GRR, churn, upsell, etc.).Analyze trends and changes in revenue performance and proactively surface drivers, anomalies, and opportunities.Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that enable executive and team-level decision-making. (MBR & QBR)Partner with GTM to understand customer activity and align revenue data with business performance.Help identify opportunities to improve processes and increase data accuracy and efficiency.Support the different domains in the CFO with analysis & reports related to ARRWhat We’re Looking ForB.A/B.S or equivalent, related to Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or similar4+ years of experience in a data analytics role—preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based business.Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data to business context and tell the story behind the numbers.Excellent hands-on SQL skillsExperience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).Experience with Python - an advantage Proven record of working with Big DataDeep understanding of SaaS financial metrics, especially ARR and revenue-related KPIs.Strong business acumen – able to quickly recognize when something seems off and proactively investigate to understand the root cause.Fast learner with natural curiosity, who proactively asks questions and challenges assumptions.An analyst at heart!Strong storytelling skills - Clear communicator who can distill complex data into actionable, relevant insights for stakeholders.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
