What you’ll achieve
As a Graduate Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing world-class IT solutions to a customer base in. You will work closely with different teams locally and globally to build your network.
You will:
- Demonstrate sales ability and achieve targets, work within a team to support achievement of sales goals and deliver on customer service levels
- Effectively articulate the value proposition associated with Dell Technologies’ products and services
- Recommend business solutions considering customer needs and Dell Technologies’ interests, as well as build relationships with customers based on knowledge of Dell Technologies’ technology, products, and services
- Leverage cross-functional resources to achieve results and meet customer needs, independently gather information, and work on own initiative, make decision based on an appropriate amount of information and data analysis.
Essential Requirements
- Fully graduated with a bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology (within the last 12 months)
- Basic knowledge of the IT and PC industry
- Interested in growing a sales career and embrace challenges
- Excellent communication in English is mandatory
- A driven personality and the capacity to learn fast
Desirable Requirements
- Internship experience in a commercial field is desirable
