As a Senior Product Manager in the Global Product Solutions team, you will be responsible for strategically designing new products and use cases relevant to businesses and customers across the world. You’ll work with other product managers and engineering and design to build and execute a product roadmap. You will be the point person for your area, balancing customer needs, business objectives, regulatory compliance, adoption, and monetization considerations.

Your way to impact

  • You will be responsible for developing deep understanding of our customers in global markets. Lead customer development for identifying customer needs, benchmarking competition by working with cross functional teams. Translate customer needs into solutions - Ideate and prioritize product requirements and lead the overall development of product
  • You will be responsible for driving business outcomes by owning and driving the product roadmap, which requires close collaboration with stakeholders across the entire PayPal ecosystem
  • You’ll workwith other product managers as well as engineering, design, launch & other cross-functional stakeholders to align, build and execute the product roadmap
  • You will investigate data around our existing products and review where the largest opportunities may be to grow and expand our target audiences, managerequest intake andfeature scoping,and participate inagile ceremonies to drive the execution and launch of new features
  • You will be the point person for your domain, balancing customer desires, business requirements, legal/compliance, growth, and monetization considerations

In your day-to-day, you will:

  • Lead a cross-functional team in creating and launching innovative product platforms
  • Understand PayPal's strategic and competitive position in the market to develop a product strategy and roadmap for your domain
  • Analyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap features
  • Identify, design, experiment, and iterate oninitiatives leveraging usabilitytesting, data, and market research
  • Define and analyze key performance metrics to support and inform productdecisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, market, and launch product
  • Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, and competitive analysis to drive decision making

What do you need to bring:

  • 6+ years of product managementexperience
  • Demonstrated ability to be curious and understand “why”
  • Proven track record of delivering successful large-scale product platforms from scratch
  • Ability to steer and influence discussions by effective listening, abstraction, and articulation of ideas across multiple use cases
  • Deep empathy and appreciation for customer needs
  • Strong decisioning skills – should be able to understand customer, data and context and drive product hypothesis & decisions
  • Should be able to work fast in a changing environment and be able to deal with ambiguity and bring clarity to teams
  • Experience in Fintech, Payments, Banking or Regional Product experience a plus

The US national annual pay range for this role is $152,500 to $262,350
