Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND Mid to Senior leveltechnical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Understanding of DevOps tools and methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as React/Redux and TypeScript.
• Experience developing cloud services on Azure/AWS/GCP or other cloud platforms.

or Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Scienceor related technical field AND Mid to Senior level technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• ORMaster's Degree in Computer Scienceor related technical field AND Mid-Level technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Passion for high-availability, automation, performance and buildinghighly availabledistributed systems at scale.
• Experience working onWPFis a plus.
• Ability to work as part of geo-distributed group.

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user requirements for features, incorporating feedback from various channels to continuously improve based on customer value and usage metrics.
• Develop andmaintainscalable, reliable, and secure software solutions. Write maintainable code, apply best practices, andparticipatein code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Drive project implementation from planning and experimentation to deployment. Break down larger work items into smaller tasks and ensure features are deployed safely to meet user needs.
• Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) on a rotational, on-call basis,maintainingand supporting live services.Identifyand mitigate issuesimpactingperformance or functionality, and drive efforts to reduce incident volume through telemetry and data analytics.
• Promote engineering excellence by developing andutilizingsoftware development tools, advocating for automation, and ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards.
• Stay current with technological developments, apply best practices for scalable and reliable product development, andmaintaineffective communication with partners across the organization.
