We are looking for a seasoned CRM leader to build a lifecycle marketing strategy for Mac. In this role, you will be responsible for designing the customer journey from the ground up in partnership with marketing and development teams. You will stitch together various touchpoints throughout the customer’s lifecycle from digital (on-line) to the physical (in-store). You will leverage complex data sets, automation and more to deliver the best customer experience in a way that feels magical, personal and seamless.
As the Customer Lifecycle Management Strategist for Mac, you will play a critical role in defining marketing strategies for the Retail consumer. You will operate as an independent contributor, driving the global strategy and ensuring that our initiatives maintain brand integrity.
  • Experience: 7+ years marketing experience; 4 years experience in customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms; experience leveraging email is essential.
  • Data Analytics: Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across global teams and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Background marketing consumer electronic products for a retailer (either in-house or through management consulting)
  • Familiarity with push, SMS, in-store, in-app, and contact center touch points.
  • Track record designing journeys that balance personalization and privacy.
  • Highly self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage projects with minimal oversight.
  • BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent experience.
