BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- The right person will possess 8+ years of experience in providing executive support to senior executives.
- Would have consistently exceeded key performance metrics.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
- This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience leading process improvements in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Graduate in any discipline. The candidate must also be well versed in office productivity applications like Office. An exposure to manage CRM tools would be an added advantage.
