As the Learning Business Partner, you will program manage the Consulting learning portfolio in Oceania in line with regional & global priorities. This includes identifying learning needs, designing training programs, and evaluating the effectiveness of these programs. Working closely with the Consulting Learning Business Partner Leader, this role is responsible for:

  • The review, design, and development of technical learning in Oceania

  • Continuous improvement of the Oceania Consulting technical learning curriculum

  • Strong stakeholder management skills to tailor learning offerings to meet business needs.

This role requires an understanding of how the Consulting business is helping clients to realise long-term value through transformations that place humans at the center, deploy technology and speed and innovate at scale. You will need to remain agile amidst changing market conditions and adapt to changing requests from the business, whilst ensuring you are creating best-in-class learning experiences. You will need to manage your time effectively, whilst leading learning consultants and coordinators.

  • Demonstrated strong communication (written and oral), interpersonal and influencing skills with senior/executive level stakeholders

  • Ability to build, develop and positively influence internal client relationships across business and teams in a highly matrixed organisation.

  • Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles for content/program design and development

  • Demonstrated experience in delivery of large, complex projects to diverse audience

  • Strong program management skills including project and time management skills and the ability to implement organisational frameworks as required

  • Agility and ability to plan and deliver work in line with market disruptions and evolving organisational changes

  • Flexibility and adaptability in terms of dealing with evolving outcomes, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders

  • Detailed understanding of EY’s learning policies and processes and experience using SuccessFactors as a Learning Management System (LMS).
