What you should bring
- 12+ years of experience, in which at least 2+ years of people management experience
- Excellent people management skills
- Experience in product development (good to have: Procurement domain)
- Strong hands-on experience in Cloud native solutions / architecture
- Expert proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate or Ul technologies Javascript, Angular
- Understanding of microservices, event driven & CQRS architecture, RESTful APls
- Experience in DevOps methodologies
- Extensive exposure to domains such as Procurement, Materials Management (MM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Logistics Execution (LE), Procurement
- Adept in handling agile development methodologies and lean principle/techniques
- Understanding of software development and maintenance processes
- Constructive and open style of communication, Excellent verbal and written communication
