Your role:

• Assist manager in all aspects of team objectives and support, including team morale
• Monitor daily operations activity, providing timely feedback and direction to team
• Assist with quarterly SOX and other audit requirements
• Ensure that all tools are functioning and that operational needs of the team are met.
• Participate in strategic planning and vision/goal setting
• Lead Onboarding and staff development activities
• Interface with senior management regarding solutions to complex issues
• Facilitate Daily Management and monthly team meetings, keeping action lists and meeting minutes up to date
• Actively lead project development and execution for continuous improvement
• Work with business partners to streamline processes and create cross-functional partnerships
• Track and monitor group stats; prepare reports for internal stakeholders
• Sign and accept service contract documentation on behalf of Philips; provide attention to detail ensuring that contract review, approval and execution are in accordance with corporate policies

• You have a bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• You've acquired 5+ years experience in sales support within a proposal development and/or contract operations environment
• Your skills include:
  • Excellent and concise oral and written communication skills, including active listening
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and aptitude for detail
  • Proven ability to use good judgment and make confident decisions under defined policies and procedures
• Expert level knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.com
