What you’ll doAs a Deal Desk Specialist, you will serve as a primary contact to our Sales and Customer Success organizations, supporting the development of customer quotes and navigating processes and procedures in our CRM. You will work across go-to-market and support teams to ensure transactions are processed in line with Company strategies and compliance requirements to enable durable, scalable growth.
Responsibilities- Provide internal support and guidance for Sales and Customer Success around topics such as deal structuring, order processing, order compliance, and other pre-conversion stages.
- Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Legal teams on contract issues and provide suggestions and assistance during the contract negotiation phase to ensure expected downstream outcomes.
- Support Sales and Customer Success in constructing complex quotes as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and strategies
- Contribute to identification and improvement of processes, systems, and policies
- Participate in projects aimed at enhancements to the overall quote to cash process
- Work with Sales, Customer Success and Accounts Receivable teams to resolve customer disputes
- Establish collaborative relationships with Sales, Customer Success, and other Support functions to drive overall scalable growth
Minimum Requirements- 5+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, revenue operations, or sales support
- SaaS contract structuring experience
- Demonstrated participation in process improvement initiatives and/or project management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to articulate positions verbally and in written format and willingness to debate difficult issues
- Ability to excel in a fast growing / fast paced environment while still delivering accuracy and acting with urgency to manage deadlines
- Aptitude in understanding broader business and financial issues and managing multiple concurrent projects and tasks
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Experience working in NetSuite, Salesforce, CPQ and/or other cloud based ERP/CRM systems
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
