Position Overview:

As a Deal Desk Manager at Actimize, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing the end-to-end deal lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product, to structure, review, and approve complex deals. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Structuring and Pricing:
    • Collaborate with Sales to structure deals that align with Actimize's pricing and revenue recognition policies.
    • Analyze pricing models, discounting strategies, and contract terms to optimize deal profitability.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to ensure deals are aligned with company policies and objectives.
    • Facilitate communication between teams to address deal-related issues and ensure smooth deal progression.
  • Deal Review and Approval:
    • Conduct thorough reviews of deal terms and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
    • Provide deal approval recommendations to senior leadership based on analysis and assessment.
  • Contract Management:
    • Oversee the contract negotiation process and ensure that contracts are following Actimize's legal and financial standards.
    • Maintain a centralized repository of approved contract templates and clauses.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting:
    • Establish and monitor key performance metrics related to deal performance and effectiveness.
    • Generate reports and insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Proven experience in deal desk management, pricing strategy, or related roles in the fintech or software industry.

- Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory compliance, and financial crime prevention solutions.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
