Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in quality, project or program management
  • Ability to cultivate and foster relationships
  • Experience in crafting, developing and maintaining effective interaction monitoring forms
  • Experience in leading projects and change initiative
  • Ability to develop short term (quarter) and long term product roadmaps
  • Ability to articulate roadmaps and product status to business partners/leaders, Courage to change course when necessary
  • Experience and willingness to work with remote teams and partners across global timezones.
  • Passion for providing service and support that is customer-centered
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and presenting
  • Ability to learn quickly when facing new problems and dealing with ambiguity
  • Passion for accuracy and timeliness of deliverables

  • Aptitude for extracting tangible insights from complex data sets

Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $118,100 and $177,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
