The Director, HR Business Partner, is a key member of the HR Business Partner leadership team, leading the people strategy and human resources delivery for one of Ford’s business units. They are accountable for the performance and results of an HR Business Partner team. The role is responsible for aligning business strategy with human resources strategy and operations. This role forges partnerships across the HR function to develop and drive scalable HR programs/talent initiatives and deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The role has management authority over a high-performing HR Business Partner team.
We currently have director-level HR Business Partner opportunities supporting our Corporate Capabilities team.
