What you will do:
- Problem Solving & Strategy: Use logic, data, and root-cause analysis to solve complex issues and prioritize impactful initiatives with clear timelines.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional projects, define goals, and manage stakeholders across levels and geographies.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Define key metrics, analyze product and campaign performance, generate insights, and guide decisions.
- Product & Process Improvement: Drive feature enhancements and process optimization to deliver a seamless financial product experience.
- Ownership & Execution: Take full ownership of financial product growth in LatAm, proactively resolving challenges and driving high-quality service.
- CRM & Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to execute campaigns that boost adoption, engagement, and retention.
Basic Qualifications
- Prior experience in strategic planning, business operations, project/program management.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills (including SQL and Excel/Sheets proficiency)
- Solid business acumen with the ability to interpret key metrics and connect them to operational and strategic implications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven project management and cross-functional coordination capabilities
- High comfort managing multiple priorities and working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous and dynamic environment. English proficiency
