  • Develop and execute integrated communication campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, webinars, events, and more, with a strong focus on creativity and visual impact.
  • Create engaging and persuasive content, such as visually stunning presentations, Slack posts, videos and talk tracks to support internal campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand target audience, messaging, and campaign objectives, and translate them into inspiring and impactful content.
  • Key point of contact for comms metrics and reporting for the EMEA Comms team, including monitoring campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to optimise campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement across the broader team.
  • Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of visually appealing content assets.
  • Implement and maintain efficient operational processes to streamline campaign and content management workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in campaign management and content marketing, with a focus on visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand communications collateral.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring effective collaboration and efficient operations.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Experience/skills required:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create visually stunning and compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years working as part of a communications or marketing team or organisation.
  • Proven experience in campaign management and content creation, preferably in a dynamic global organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data in a meaningful way, and derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional organisational, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
