Partner with sales to build a high-performing sales organization that can represent Netflix’s offerings to our advertising customers. Assist in the implementation and execution of key sales functions, including territory/role/channel design, sales process management, data hygiene, and sales tool development.
Contribute to defining, building, and maintaining the sales inputs, forecasting, and pipeline management of a global advertising business.
Assist in conducting pipeline and business reviews on a regular basis.
Contribute to the design and implementation of consistent ways to manage the sales process.
Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional teams to understand their strategy and help develop plans for execution.
Work closely with sales and other cross-functional teams to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of program performance, ensuring program and business impact.
Support the exploration of new strategic opportunities to inform the business roadmap.
About you:
Minimum of 5 years of directly relevant experience in Sales Operations in advertising or related fields/
Fluency in English is required, additional European languages are a plus
Familiarity with agency and client-direct sales models
Self-starter with the ability to manage and contribute to large-scale, complex projects.
Strong collaborator who embraces differing perspectives and experiences to make better decisions.
Knowledge of the advertising landscape, including media channels and methods of buying.
Ability to understand both detailed aspects and the bigger picture of Sales Operations.
Demonstrated track record of creativity, innovation, and implementing better approaches.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
