Key Responsibilities
· Assist in the annual salary review process, including data preparation, proposal development, communications, and system testing.
· Support the delivery of compensation-related programmes, ensuring they are well-managed and meet the evolving needs of the business.
· Assist with benchmarking and survey submissions, helping to shape our reward positioning through market insights.
· Analyse reward data to identify trends and generate insights, contributing to the development of practical and innovative solutions.
· Contribute to strategic reward projects, providing support across a range of initiatives as required.
· Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and the wider business.
Skills and Attributes for Success
· Advanced Excel skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
· Strong analytical mindset with a genuine interest in the Reward space.
· Proven ability to manage a busy workload and balance multiple priorities effectively.
· High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
