Your key responsibilities
Project Leadership:Lead cross-functional project related to reward initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful execution and delivery of project outcomes.
Data Analysis and Reporting:Conduct regular analysis of compensation data, including benchmarking against industry standards, to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in reward practices.
Review and update reward policies and practices to ensure compliance with legal requirements and alignment with best practices, making recommendations for enhancements as needed.

Qualifications:
· Proven experience in HR, compensation analysis, or a related field.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various senior stakeholders.
· Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively within a team.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
· Familiarity with reward benchmarking tools or platforms.
· A background in HR, finance, or consulting with exposure to reward strategy.
· We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously demonstrated their capabilities in similar roles and leading Reward projects.
