1700 €/month (depending on previous work experience)

As a junior consultant, you will work on digital transformation projects for our clients operating in various industries around the world.

Your key responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and identify processes suitable for automation, evaluate feasibility and estimate complexity
• Develop and implement solutions for digitalization and automation of business processes in various areas and hyper-automation technologies
• Provide support and further development of solutions for existing clients
• Participate in developing and enhancing an internal BPM tool and new solutions
• Communicate actively with EY clients and colleagues

Skills and attributes for success

• Qualifications:

• at least a 1- year experience using a BPM tool
• University education with master’s degree – preferably technical education
• Knowledge of programming, software automation, creation of web applications an advantage (Microsoft Power Platform, BPM and RPA tools, Python, Ruby on Rails, JS, SQL or VBA)
• Very good English communication
• Knowledge of MS Office products
• Strong analytical skills, logical thinking and a great eye for detail
• Reliability
