As a Process Manager, you will support theThird Party Management Center of Excellence(TPM CoE) by working with extended teams across the enterprise to manage and improve our business processes. As a key representative from the TPM CoE, you will lead departmental or cross-functional organizational initiatives and work with several stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time with a high level of quality.
In this role, you will display strong leadership skills and deliver flawless execution of improvement projects. You will effectively communicate and influence partners across the company, as well as across multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role.
Key responsibilitiesinclude:
Process Improvement: Lead, drive, and motivate others to identify and improve several of ESM’s critical business processes related to third party management
Risk Management:Develop and maintain process controls while navigating regulatory requirements.
Process Management:Maintain formal process documents (flow charts, swimlane diagrams, SIPOCs, etc.). Drive updates to critical ESM procedures; ensure that each procedure and all related documentation is consistently up to date and has been socialized with the ESM leadership.
Problem Solving:Leverage critical thinking skills to ideate future state solutions and best practices for third party management.
Collaboration:Display strong ability to facilitate sessions with subject matter experts that result in outcomes that enable a clear understanding of the process, risks, and controls associated with a given process
Communications:Drive conversations to clarify and understand the intent of a process, while ensuring a customer first focus
Influence:Exercise influence across multiple domains to drive process improvements and adoption via presentation and storytelling skills.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 4 years of Process or Risk Management experience
At least 2 years of Continual Improvement experience
Ability to set direction, manage expectations, and lead cross-functional teams to drive results
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Process Management
Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, PMP, or Business Process Management certification
Proficiency in agile tools, data analysis tools, and reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Confluence, Jira, etc.)
