In this individual contributor role, you will play a pivotal role in identifying trends, providing recommendations to improve sales performance and support the execution of our strategy.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:
  • Drive Business Reviews and reporting that provide insights into our global and regional sales performance to our leadership and executive team.
  • Monitor new customer acquisition trends against plan and highlight areas of opportunities through the entire sales funnel from lead generation, to pipeline creation, conversion/win rate, and time to close.
  • Identify ways to support growth strategy for our existing customers, including strategic account reviews, product/use case mix analysis, customer segmentation, and sales productivity, to ensure our customers get the most value out of Snowflake.
  • Demonstrate the ability to create a narrative and supporting analysis to influence decisions and outcomes, not just report on analytics
  • Partner with sales, marketing, finance and operations leadership to formulate and communicate overall go-to-market strategy, across sales channels, geographies and segments
ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
  • Bachelor degree in business, statistics, economics or other quantitative disciplines; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of professional experience with a core focus in GTM strategy, planning and operations; strategy consulting background and high growth enterprise software, platform and/or IaaS industry experience is highly preferred
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Understanding of core business processes in a B2B technology environment; sales, marketing, product development, customer support and success, professional services
  • Experience identifying, evaluating and analyzing business performance while working across multiple business units to drive decisions
  • Experience with business modeling; operational and financial analysis
  • Advanced data analysis/manipulation tools (proficiency with SQL and Excel required)

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $163,000 - $233,100.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
