Package Consultant, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US (Up to 100% telecommuting permitted): Prepare and deliver technical proposals with the appropriate level of business acumen for the audience. Analyze and identify business partner’s technology objectives, conduct full technical discovery, and architect business solutions to meet gathered requirements. Craft and propose solutions that meet business requirements and objectives. Provide feedback loop to product management, sales, and customer success leadership teams regarding the customer experience, product features, functionality, and service implementation and management. Build a customized cloning process in Snowflake for Database, schema and table cloning by writing procedures in JavaScript with SQL embedded in it. Work as technical lead for project and work on various activities like ETL, databases and data migration. Work on development activities, performance tuning activities and hyper care support for Snowflake migration. Support requirement gathering, designing, developing, testing, supporting, maintaining and enhancing for finance reporting and forecasting applications. Work on application upgrades and maintenance, day to day operational activities as per service level. Ensure deployment across reference data management applications and production environments. Ensure high availability of various applications supported with minimum downtime performing application maintenance in accordance with warranty guidelines provided by the application developer and client requirements. Correct incidents and remediate potential performance issues and provide break fix support, advice, and assistance in accordance with warranty and client requirements. Perform incident scanning and provide resolution in accordance with service levels and clients standard incident management processes. Utilize: Snowflake, Amazon web service, Airflow, ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundation, Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL, RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux), Shell Scripting, Golden Gate Replication. Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related and two (2) years of experience as a Consultant or related. Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing Snowflake, Amazon web service, Airflow, ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundation, Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL, RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux), Shell Scripting, Golden Gate Replication.$149,100.84 to $165,700.00 per year.
