What you will do:
- Coordinates, schedules and tracks the delivery of F5 Professional Services such as Implementations and Consulting engagements
- Accurately and timely processes and validates billing for Implementations and Consulting engagements
- Tracking, processing and forecasting revenue for PS services and Consulting engagements.
- Tracks Consulting Engagements and Installations from creation to closure in F5 systems
- Works with PS Management, Sales and Accounting teams to resolve engagement-related questions or issues
- Ensuring Consulting Engagements and Installations are delivered to closure in Oracle and Professional Services Automation Tool (PSA).
- Sends follow up Customer Satisfaction Surveys to customers once work is complete

- Excellent communications skills – both oral and written
- Self-motivated and self-starter
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced, demanding environment.
- Team player where appropriate and a quick learner
- Demonstrated Project Coordination skills or equivalent
- Great attention to details
- Working knowledge of Office 365 family (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and SharePoint) is required
- Experience with Professional Services and/or Accounting or Finance is a plus
- Experience with scheduling, dispatching and accounting systems like Salesforce.com, Professional Services Automation System (PSA) or Oracle is a plus
What you will bring:
