Work directly and indirectly with customers to analyze their needs and translate these needs into product vision and requirements.
Collect and analyze requirements from all stakeholders: management, operations, sales, and marketing.
Define and communicate requirements for engineering teams and customers, including writing detailed product specifications, user stories, wireframes, and technical and analytical specifications.
Become an expert in all aspects of the product (look & feel, flows, features, users, industry – including competitors).
Requirements
2-5 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS companies, or related industries.
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with analytical technologies (integrated off-the-shelf products or in-house technologies).
Experience with R&D teams and within cross-functional customer project teams.
Strong understanding of UX and UI.
Excellent communication skills, both with customers and within the organization.
Fluency in English with excellent speaking and writing skills.
Ability to travel abroad to meet customers (up to 8 times a year).
Nice to have
MBA or finance-related degree.
Experience in data and analytics working with data models, ML, and AI.
Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
